1. Excel sheet to be filled by the student with last 10 years travel history
2. Affidavit with Students personal and professional history
3. VISA Form
4. Visa Cover Letter
5. Sponsorship Letter -Sponsorship from Blood Relation (with proof of  relationship)
6. Maintenance funds for living expenses in UK (5 – 6.5 Lakhs) after paying your full fees to SSMS.
7. Educational Loan Letter (In case of Education Loan) after receiving a confirmation email fromSSMS, UK
8. Last 6 Months B S of Salary Account as proof of Employment (NRE/ NRO) + Any other account

12. Rating Watch-keeping Certificate (Reg. II/4)

14. NOE  if obtained (Original)
15. Bank Account Statement showing salary credited for last 6 months period (Original)
16. Last 6 Months Salary Slips (Original)

18. CDC (Current & Old Discharge Books) wit–h sea time records stamped pages (Originals)
19. Sea Service Testimonials / Experience Letter (Originals)
