• UK COC holder- 6 DLP (12 months sailing required as EOOW)
• Electro-Technical Officer New Zealand COC/ Singapore COC- 6 DLP (24 months sea time required)
• B Tech and BE Mechanical Engineering- 3 DLP (24 months sailing required)
• BE Marine Engineering students- No DLP (24 months sailing required)

1. Letter for Course exemption (duly signed by SME)

2. Copy of Current Passport

3. Copy of Marine Engineer Officer Class IV Indian COC.

4. 10+2 level Transcripts (Original)

5. B. Tech in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering Transcripts (Original)

6. B. Tech in Mechanical/Marine Engineering Graduation Certificate (Original)

7. NARIC comparability assessment (Original)

8. Copy of Syllabus of Bachelors of Mechanical / Marine Engineering.

Once the NARIC is applied then we can apply to IAMI for the exemption.

Student Visa support

• Excel filled by Student (last 10 years travel history)
• Affidavit with Students personal and professional history
• VISA Form
• Visa Cover Letter
• Sponsorship Letter -Sponsorship from Blood Relation (with proof of  relationship)
• Maintenance fund for living expenses in UK (4-5 Lac) after paying your full fees to SSMS. Educational Loan Letter (if case funds from edu loan) after receiving confirmation email from SSMS, UK
• 6 Months B S of Salary Account as proof of Employment (NRE/ NRO) + Any other account

PLF Form on behalf of the student to be filled after Issuance of the VISA.
